Privacy policy
What we hold, why, how long, and what a property owner can ask of us. Most of what is in the product is already public record; the parts that are not are treated carefully.
1. Scope
This describes how Real Estate Data, Wholesale handles information in connection with Real Estate Data, Wholesale.
2. Information about you, our user

3. Information about property owners
This is the part worth reading.
We process personal information about property owners who are not our users. Owner names, mailing addresses, and — where you run a skip trace — phone numbers and email addresses.
- Names, mailing addresses, and property characteristics come from public government records: county parcel and assessor data, and eCRV filings from the Minnesota Department of Revenue. This is public data under the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act.
- Phone numbers and email addresses come from licensed third-party data providers, only when a user explicitly requests a skip trace, and only under a certified permissible business purpose.
This data is not a consumer report and may not be used for any FCRA-covered purpose — credit, insurance, employment, housing or tenant screening. That restriction is in our terms and we enforce it.
Owner requests. A property owner may ask what we hold about them, ask for correction, or ask for deletion, at kissyboard@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion of contact data does not remove the underlying public record, which remains public at its source — we can remove it from our systems, not from the county's.
4. How we use information
To provide and improve the service; to compute valuations and compliance flags; to process payment; to support you; to detect abuse; and to comply with law.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share owner contact data with anyone other than the user who paid to retrieve it.

All are bound by contract to use the data only to provide their service. We may also disclose where legally required, or to protect rights and safety.
6. Retention

7. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest; access controls and least privilege; logged access to owner contact data; regular review. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not promise one.
8. Your choices
Access, correct, export, or delete your account data at kissyboard@gmail.com or in settings. Marketing emails have an unsubscribe link; service and billing emails do not, since you need them.
9. Children
Not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
10. Changes
We will post changes here and, if material, notify you.
